I emailed the company and received a response within a few hours. They DID NOT refund my money and stated "For your trouble, I have extended your membership from 12 to 14 months." I hate this company!

I canceled this "membership" after trying 2 of their cleaners. My 7-year-old son did a better job at cleaning than they did. He knows how to clean the shower. He knows how to pick up pillows that fall on the floor.

I will continue to push to get a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE GRIFTERS and THIS IS A FRAUD.

I had a plan with Dazzling Cleaning in 2023 which I cancelled in March of 2023 because of the HORRIBLE cleaners they sent to my house on two occasions. They hey apparently changed their company name to HOMEAGLOW and withdrew $35 out of my bank account.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG TIME SCAMMER, PRACTICES ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, PROVIDES HORRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE CLEANERS AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. .

The company does not respond, does not resolve, does not get involved.
On their page it is very difficult to find a contact number, and only is a machine answering.
He doesn't check his cleaners and they are people who have access to our families.

The company stinks. No one would show up after confirming appointments. The company continued to bill me monthly despite my letter to discontinue service due to poor performance and refused a refund. Plus, I never received my $19 cleaning. This company, not the employees or their work, just stinks. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I could not get a refund for the 2 months I was charged after canceling my contract. They Saia they were never informed, but I Know I canceled in a timely manner since I was dissatisfied after month 4, but knew I was committed to 2 more payments. After the 6 payments, I'm still receiving charges even though I canceled the service in December
