Stole $600 from me with sneaky fees
- - The sign-up advertised $19/hr cleaning but no clear ongoing $49/month fee, and later charges continued after refunds.
When I signed up for their $19/ hr cleaning there was no clear language about an endless $49/ month fee.
When I realized this I started skipping my cleanings under the impression this cancelled the payment. Then when I noticed and they refunded me one month and told me they cancelled it- I had another charge the next month.
WTF?!

I just checked my bank statement. Y'all dirty rotten *** been stealing my mother *** money out my acct! How dare this stankin' *** low down dirty lifed company steal out my acct! I’m getting ready to expose your company and take legal action!!!
Your cleaner Jennifer only visited my home 2x! So when in the *** has Dazzling Cleaning Company taken liberty to hit my acct multiple times for multiple payments totaling over $300? This trifling unacceptable behavior will not continue. You will hear from my lawyer.
Return my *** money before I press charges for fraudulent activities. You claim there is no monthly obligation yet I've been taken advantage of since March!

It has been over a year that I've been paying and I would like to cancel my services as soon as possible no one has ever come to my house to clean I have paid $49 for about a year and a half for services not for field. I would like a some sort of a fund but mostly I would just like my car not to be charged anymore thank you

I emailed the company and received a response within a few hours. They DID NOT refund my money and stated "For your trouble, I have extended your membership from 12 to 14 months." I hate this company!
I canceled this "membership" after trying 2 of their cleaners. My 7-year-old son did a better job at cleaning than they did. He knows how to clean the shower. He knows how to pick up pillows that fall on the floor.
I will continue to push to get a refund.

This is a company run by cheaters. When I tried the first cleaning with them, they cunningly signed me up for a 6-month subscription.
I then tried to cancel it, to which they responded that I was bound and could not cancel.
Despite multiple cancellation requests, it's now more than 8 months and they are still charging me. It's the most unprofessional and deceitful company ever!

Horrible company, the worst commercial experience of my life. Order service, been six weeks, 5 cancellations on their part, none on mine, no service yet.
(they are also connected with multiple companies doing the same or similar bad service. Homeaglow is listed in their legal docs as the entity, dba as Dazzling Cleaning. They should get a class action suit on a number of levels)
I have sent dozens of emails trying to get service, and they have yet to come through with a single successful delivery. This is a very very basic local service, you call, set a time, and people show up.
But this company as intermediary is horrible. Avoid at all costs.
They refused to refund, they refuse to remove my CC from their databases despite my written requests. Their app does not work and they cry about being a young company, but it's not true.
They have been operating under multiple names and scamming people. Long list of upset customers on reddit can be found.

To date, the company refuses to waive the unwanted six month "membership fee" of $154.25. My bank has instructed me to Block them as a vendor and cancel my credit card.
Also, the company does not show a phone number or mailing address-- web based only.
Better Business Bureau rates them an F with over 1000 complaints.

- - Dazzling Clean charged $46 for a service on 17th did not happen; March payment is made.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After trying to make several attempts to reach the company directly, having been unable to do so I reached out to you for assistance.
I was able to leave a review with you and information that somehow made it back to dazzling cleaner. At that point within 48 hours I had an apology and refund.
She is telling me to put $40 into her personal bank account. She says that I owe her this money.
I think this is outrageous!! Dazzling clean has already been paid for the month of March. Customer service needs to call me ASAP!! I don't feel safe.
Dazzling Cleaner charged me $46 for a job they said was done on the 17th by my cleaner.
The cleaner never came for that appointment. Dazzling cleaner should have never taken that money out of my account until they were absolutely certain the job had been done.

I am still requesting the cancellation of my subscription, I paid for an uncompleted job, sub par, was given an option to deal with company directly per the site when I reported, sent copy of the email I sent the day after requesting to cancel then to get response I didn’t follow procedure and will need to pay additional money to cancel. The company is HORRIBLE and are CROOKS. Still fighting.
I paid for a service that was subpar, reached out immediately to advise was not happy and to find a resolve was contacted after membership processed. I advised I did not want to continue with service and reasons which were incomplete cleaning service.
I also have pictures. I was advised I could cancel but had to pay full price for service ! The service was not completed by cleaner and this is all within a 7 day period!
This company is a FRAUD! Never again!
