I am very unsatisfied with my last appointment. I feel taken advantage of!
I did not receive the proper cleaning as requested or paid for.
I reached out to customer service and have been ignored. The cleaner is in big denial after I reached out to her.

Cancelation of services
Hello my name is Mary Jones I have been trying to cancel my cleaning services from dazzling cleaners for over a year now. They said that I will have to pay $49 a month for a year and I have completed paying $49 a month for a year.
It has been over a year that I've been paying and I would like to cancel my services as soon as possible no one has ever come to my house to clean I have paid $49 for about a year and a half for services not for field. I would like a some sort of a fund but mostly I would just like my car not to be charged anymore thank you

I am still waiting for Emma's response to my email to her.
I emailed the company and received a response within a few hours. They DID NOT refund my money and stated "For your trouble, I have extended your membership from 12 to 14 months." I hate this company!
I canceled this "membership" after trying 2 of their cleaners. My 7-year-old son did a better job at cleaning than they did. He knows how to clean the shower. He knows how to pick up pillows that fall on the floor.
I will continue to push to get a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE GRIFTERS and THIS IS A FRAUD.

This is a company run by cheaters. When I tried the first cleaning with them, they cunningly signed me up for a 6-month subscription.
I then tried to cancel it, to which they responded that I was bound and could not cancel.
Despite multiple cancellation requests, it's now more than 8 months and they are still charging me. It's the most unprofessional and deceitful company ever!

It’s a scammer, once they get your credit card you’ll get charged none stop n no service
I didnt use any service just try their introduction service. After 6 months, I figure my credit card got charged monthly without any notification or service
Its $49 a month. When I try get on line cancel, they said will charge me $350 for cancellationn its a crime and scam

Horrible company, the worst commercial experience of my life. Order service, been six weeks, 5 cancellations on their part, none on mine, no service yet.
(they are also connected with multiple companies doing the same or similar bad service. Homeaglow is listed in their legal docs as the entity, dba as Dazzling Cleaning. They should get a class action suit on a number of levels)
I have sent dozens of emails trying to get service, and they have yet to come through with a single successful delivery. This is a very very basic local service, you call, set a time, and people show up.
But this company as intermediary is horrible. Avoid at all costs.
They refused to refund, they refuse to remove my CC from their databases despite my written requests. Their app does not work and they cry about being a young company, but it's not true.
They have been operating under multiple names and scamming people. Long list of upset customers on reddit can be found.

Preferred solution: Refund initial voucher for $19. Cancel terms of sales. No further charges, no further service.(primary) Remove my CC and personal data. They have failed to honor contract or provide reasonable service. They admit mistakes. I've sent 3 written requests.

To date, the company refuses to waive the unwanted six month "membership fee" of $154.25. My bank has instructed me to Block them as a vendor and cancel my credit card.
Also, the company does not show a phone number or mailing address-- web based only.
Better Business Bureau rates them an F with over 1000 complaints.
"According to information in BBB files, Dazzling Cleaning Company LLC has a pattern of complaints alleging Contract, Service, and Refund or Exchange Issues.
Specifically, some consumers are signing up for a one-time service and being enrolled in a membership contract without their knowledge. These consumers state, that once the cleaning service is either unsuccessfully completed or canceled, they attempt to contact Dazzling Cleaning Company LLC and are either ignored or met with a cancellation fee."

Preferred solution: Change signup procedure to make it clear that acceptance of Introductory Offer includes a mandatory six month membership at 49 dollars a month, on top of any fees for cleaning services

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After trying to make several attempts to reach the company directly, having been unable to do so I reached out to you for assistance.
I was able to leave a review with you and information that somehow made it back to dazzling cleaner. At that point within 48 hours I had an apology and refund.
She is telling me to put $40 into her personal bank account. She says that I owe her this money.
I think this is outrageous!! Dazzling clean has already been paid for the month of March. Customer service needs to call me ASAP!! I don't feel safe.
Dazzling Cleaner charged me $46 for a job they said was done on the 17th by my cleaner.
The cleaner never came for that appointment. Dazzling cleaner should have never taken that money out of my account until they were absolutely certain the job had been done.

Unhappy with cleaning and horrible customer service, hard to cancel
I paid for a service that was subpar, reached out immediately to advise was not happy and to find a resolve was contacted after membership processed. I advised I did not want to continue with service and reasons which were incomplete cleaning service.
I also have pictures. I was advised I could cancel but had to pay full price for service ! The service was not completed by cleaner and this is all within a 7 day period!
This company is a FRAUD! Never again!

I had one person, one time, and I UNSUBSCRIBED from their dashboard not my cleaner. There are so many months of charges from my bank, and they keep charging!
They have to know I havent been using them.
Dispute is being filed with my bank account. If that doesnt get ALL my charges back, FRAUD is my next step.

Bait and switch. I paid $150 just to get out of this service.
The cleaner just wanted to be friends and chit-chat. They will NOT stop scheduling me, so every two weeks, I get another email that I've been scheduled...
and no one responds to emails or phone calls. UGH.

BIG TIME SCAM
The same thing happened to me.
Please contact your state's Attorney General and report Dazzling Cleaning as a consumer fraud. They should not be allowed to exploit people the way they do.
